Important approvals and changes need a responsible person. Order management software does not replace RIP software, nesting tools or printer controllers. Device connections and machine readings are committed only after checking documentation and access.

The management workflow can follow how your shop receives orders, approves artwork, prices by metre or specification and delivers work. Exact capabilities are agreed from sample orders and actual production practices; equipment connectivity is not assumed.
No. This scope manages orders and shop operations. RIP, nesting, colour management and printer control drivers remain separate software or equipment.
An agreed formula can be configured: one in the core package and up to two in the traceability package. Units, minimum charges, waste allowances and exceptions need to be defined first.
The workflow records versions and approval status so the responsible person can confirm the file to use. Shop-floor checks still matter; the system does not control every action taken on a printer.
The traceability package includes manual material, waste and quality records by job. Automatic readings from machines or sensors require separate investigation and scope.
Equipment, RIP, platform licences and third-party infrastructure are excluded. Implementation and optional monthly support are separate; additional work is agreed before it starts.
A sample quote, artwork approval steps and your current way of assigning work help define the right scope.
