Prices exclude applicable taxes, hosting/cloud, domains, licences and third-party backup storage. Redesigns, new features, major migrations and extensive pre-existing incidents are excluded. Work beyond the allowance or outside working hours requires prior agreement. Warranty fixes for CYNO's delivered work are separate from the care package.

Grant only necessary access and agree how it is managed. Backup schedules, storage and restore checks depend on the reviewed infrastructure. Standard support follows working hours; the packages do not include engineers on call 24/7 or a guarantee of uninterrupted service.
The three packages include 4, 8 or 16 hours per month for one system. Routine checks, meetings, support and small changes all use this allowance; unused hours do not roll over.
Potentially, after reviewing its technology, access rights and condition. If an initial review and handover setup are needed, a one-time fee from VND 1,000,000 is confirmed beforehand.
Standard support is 08:30–17:30, Monday to Friday in Vietnam time, excluding public holidays. Out-of-hours assistance or a dedicated on-call service needs a separate scope and fee.
Hosting, cloud, domains, licences and backup storage charges are not included. Backup checks or setup work use the package hours and follow the agreed infrastructure capabilities.
CYNO explains the remaining work and estimates any extra effort. You can prioritise, move work to the next period or approve additional work. Extra time is not silently added to the bill.
Packages focus on checks, support, safe updates and small adjustments. New features, redesigns and major changes receive a separate scope and price. Warranty issues follow the handover warranty agreement.
