AI & business automation
Connect information, reduce repetitive work and stay in control. CYNO helps you choose one practical task to test, evaluate and bring into daily use.

Scope, delivery dates and acceptance criteria are agreed before work starts.
Structure incoming information to reduce copying between forms and systems.
Bring approved documents together so AI can help find information and draft answers with a clear basis.
Set up reminders, classification or draft preparation, with human approval for important actions.
An illustrative internal request: AI prepares the work, and an owner checks it before the system is updated.
Collect a request from an agreed source and check the required information.
Classify the request or prepare a draft using approved reference material.
Check the result; missing information and uncertain answers return to the responsible person.
Record the approved outcome, retain its status and flag unfinished steps.

Implementation is a one-time fee for the agreed scope. AI and platform charges are separate; you can choose monthly support after handover.

Work outside the agreed scope is approved before it starts. Monthly operations support is optional and separate from warranty fixes covered by the handover agreement. Custom model training, unstructured document clean-up at scale and unrestricted autonomous AI decisions are excluded.
Inputs, steps, owners and completion criteria for the agreed scope.
Connections, AI tasks and approval steps configured within the selected package.
Sample scenarios, error records and a response plan for missing data or unavailable connections.
Instructions for daily use, access management and monitoring third-party usage costs.
Review the process to improve and the decisions that need human approval, the available data and how your team works today.
Set deliverables, limits, cost, owners and acceptance criteria before work starts.
Configure or develop the agreed scope and check it with approved sample data.
Your team tests normal tasks, exceptions and access rights.
Provide guidance and documentation, then agree how support requests are handled.
Match access to each role, agree what data may reach an AI provider and require approval before actions that affect customers or important records. An evaluation set helps show the limits; results that do not meet the agreed criteria go to a person.

Choose repetitive work with clear inputs and a person who can check the result, such as classifying requests or preparing draft replies. Discovery narrows this to a small scope that can be evaluated first.
Not necessarily. Existing software can be used where its APIs, access rights and platform policies allow it. Each proposed connection is checked before it is committed to the scope.
No. Important actions follow the agreed approval steps. Results without a sound basis, or below the agreed criteria, are referred to the responsible person.
Listed prices cover the implementation work or monthly support package. AI usage, platform subscriptions, cloud and other third-party services are separate; budgets and monitoring are agreed in advance.
We agree which data may be processed, where it may be sent, who may access it and suitable retention settings. Access is limited to what the task needs; sensitive documents are reviewed before entering an AI workflow.
No. Your team can operate the delivered scope or select a monthly support package. Fixes covered by the handover warranty remain subject to that separate agreement.
Share one repetitive task. Together, we can define a scope small enough to deliver and clear enough to evaluate.
