Manufacturing management
Connect plans, work orders and workshop information within a manageable scope. Clear records help teams coordinate and expand the system step by step.

Scope, delivery dates and acceptance criteria are agreed before work starts.
Link work orders to owners, processing steps and updated status.
Standardise catalogues, units and quantities to track material issues within the selected scope.
Agree how data is recorded so progress reports draw from the same information.
A basic production workflow; BOM levels, stages and recording methods are agreed in advance.
Record the product, quantity, planned due date and responsible person.
Check required quantities, available stock and material issues for the order.
Assigned staff record progress and issues as work proceeds.
Confirm completed quantities and the closing records required by the process.
Starting prices cover one defined workshop digitisation stage, not a complete company ERP. BOM levels, warehouses, stages and connections are agreed before implementation.

Optional assistance for a system delivered to one workshop.
Prices exclude applicable taxes and third-party charges such as software licences, cloud/hosting, AI usage, SMS/Zalo messages and equipment. Work outside the agreed scope is approved before it starts. Monthly operations support is optional and separate from warranty fixes covered by the handover agreement. Full cost accounting, optimised production scheduling, MES, PLC/IoT, machine control and multi-factory deployment are excluded.
Templates for products, materials and bills of materials within the agreed number of levels.
Work-order creation, stock tracking and recording forms for the selected package.
Roles for updating and confirming work, with reports based on entered data.
Sample orders, guidance for owners and documentation for daily tasks.
Review work orders, BOMs, stock and workshop recording practices, the available data and how your team works today.
Set deliverables, limits, cost, owners and acceptance criteria before work starts.
Configure or develop the agreed scope and check it with approved sample data.
Your team tests normal tasks, exceptions and access rights.
Provide guidance and documentation, then agree how support requests are handled.
Agree item codes, units, BOM versions and who may confirm records. Progress depends on updates from your team; machine data collection is not assumed. Full cost accounting, MES, PLC and IoT integrations require a separate scope.

No. The listed packages focus on one digitisation stage at one workshop. Finance, HR, detailed cost accounting and multiple factories require a separate scope.
Not by default. You may keep the current system and consider essential data connections where APIs, access rights and policies permit them. Integration is not promised before these checks.
The foundation package includes single-level BOMs for one product group. The connected package includes up to two levels. More complex structures and exceptions need separate review.
Not in the standard packages. Responsible staff update production stages. Machine data collection, MES, PLC and IoT require equipment checks and a separate implementation scope.
Product and material catalogues, units, sample BOMs, warehouse details and a few work orders you are authorised to share. Someone from your team needs to confirm the correctness of the inputs.
Yes. We select a product group and a clear workflow for trial, acceptance and training. Expansion follows an evaluation and agreement on the next scope.
Choose a scope that helps your team understand materials and progress before expanding the system.
