Multi-branch services

Scope, delivery dates and acceptance criteria are agreed before work starts.
Agree a shared record structure and sharing rules to reduce re-entry while keeping branch-based access.
Assign each appointment to a location, owner and status; check conflicts using the agreed rules.
Use consistent records to compare appointments, tasks and service outcomes across branches.
An illustrative service-chain workflow; booking and customer-sharing rules need agreement first.
Record the need, contact details and the customer's preferred location.
Arrange an appointment and owner based on location, staff and suitable time slots.
The branch updates the appointment status and assigned work.
Managers review reports from the data already updated, within their access rights.
Both implementation packages state the number of branches and users. Start with two locations; expansion or connections to other software are agreed separately.
